We calibrated all loadcells onsite with portable calibration kit and issued calibration certificates.
This will guaranty that mooring loads will be monitored accurately.
During the same visit we also visually inspected and functionally tested the quick release mooring hooks.
Quick Release Mooring Hooks need to be inspected and Loadcells calibrated annually to meet the OCIMF/SIGTTO Jetty Maintenance and Inspection Guide.
SafePort Service & Inspection perform these inspections of quick release hooks and on-site calibration of loadcells with portable calibration kit as independent specialists.
We do this for all available quick release mooring hook and loadcell brands, based on our extensive knowledge and experience.
Yearly inspection of Quick Release Mooring Hooks and Calibration of Loadcells shall guarantee safety and reliability, minimize downtime and extend the lifetime.
